Fordhall Farm Limited
The farm business had been run down by its previous owners and had been re-started by the new management team four months before our involvement. We provided marketing advice and some business mentoring to help improve sales before looking at a longer term survival and growth plan. We produced a business plan that contained a three year commercial strategy for growth and raised £40,000 of unsecured funding.
