Our business consultancy services will give you:

Following your initial enquiry we will arrange to meet, usually at your offices, although hotel lounges provide a quiet and fairly confidential alternative if desired. The aim of the meeting will be to introduce our company to you in more detail and will give us an opportunity to discover the basics of your company. Discussions will not be in fine detail but will be confined to more of an overview. This meeting is free of charge and without obligation. Based on our discussions with you we will then submit a detailed quotation for the project together with the likely time scale for completion.

The next stage is to hold a primary assessment meeting where we will talk, in detail, about your company and its staff, your ambitions and aspirations, the market in which you are (or hope to be) active and your current (or proposed) range of products or services. The meeting takes about two hours and from it you will receive a detailed report that will clearly reflect your vision together with some 'broad brush' goals to help achieve it. This is the starting point - because if you know where you want to be, then it becomes easier to see how you might get there.
Our second interview will be in much more depth and will result in delivery of a fully-costed strategy for growth, with a stepwise action plan to deliver the desired goals.
Finally, a resources audit will show any deficit in skills, personnel and the finances needed to fully implement the growth strategy.
